(1) Vendor needs to provide dental and vision plan service to the government authority located in Valhalla, NY. – Provide fully–insured quotes for the dental and vision plans across the Network.– Maintaining a robust network of providers and ensuring minimal disruption for members, as well as competitive pricing and access to in–network providers.– Handling of dental and vision claims.– Offering online tools for members to find providers, view benefits, and track claims.– Promoting preventive care through educational materials and wellness initiatives.– Acting as the escalation point for resolving complex issues related to claims, billing, or member services.– Providing clear and comprehensive materials to educate employees about benefits. Supporting open enrollment through presentations, webinars, and other communication tools.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
