(1) Vendor needs to provide small stormwater project permitting guide development service to the government authority located in Lancaster, PA. – Assist the agency in developing, designing, producing and implementing a permitting guide and self–help tools to assist applicants for small area stormwater project permits. • Facilitate refining and developing the purpose, goals, and objectives for the project that are realistic, measurable, and impactful.• Develop and guide implementation of a small stormwater project permitting guide and self–help tools according to the methodology as described in the approach narrative of the proposal.• Manage tasks and communication; track progress and provide progress reports.• Work with the agency to ensure project alignment, this will include facilitating and attending meetings both virtual and in–person, creating meeting agendas and summaries, and any other work as described in the approach narrative of the proposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
