(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous waste services to the government authority located in California. – To execute comprehensive waste management services, encompassing remediation, hauling, and disposal.– Remediate with complete onsite demolition and removal of bio–waste, asbestos, asbestos–containing materials and other hazardous materials (e.g., lead based products, hazardous chemicals, and cleaning chemicals used in the build or demolition process) and decontamination.– Package and label waste and adhering to regulations for the containment and labeling of different categories of waste.– Haul and dispose of waste from State properties to approved treatment and disposal facilities permitted or authorized to handle such waste.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
