ACCT-26330 - USA (Kinston, North Carolina) - Audit and Tax Compliance Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audit and tax compliance services to the government authority located in Kinston, NC.– Provide independent audit services and tax compliance services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2027, June 30, 2028, and June 30, 2029.– The audit shall include an examination of the books, records, accounting systems, internal controls, and all categories of net assets of the Foundation.– Provide tax research and consultation throughout the year regarding nonprofit taxation, charitable contributions, unrelated business income, changes in tax law, and other matters affecting the Foundation's tax–exempt status.– Shall coordinate preparation of tax filings with the annual audit to ensure consistency between audited financial statements and tax reporting.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
