(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and general contractor services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.• CM/GC services to assist in construction of currently planned and future upgrades at agency.• The project will modernize premium spaces and supporting amenities at agency Stadium to improve the game–day experience and support premium and non–athletic events.• The study identified potential upgrades to the stadium aimed at improving and enhancing fan experience, and shaped the scope, scale, pricing, and financial payback periods for each upgrade.– Project Risks:• Construction will often be adjacent to students, staff, and the public.• Construction blackout dates to accommodate event setup and tear–down may be required.• The initial phase of construction must be complete before the start of the 27/28 college football season, with time allowed for agency install and move in.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.
