(1) Vendor needs to provide campaign production and roll out services.– Provide creative production, campaign development, content production, and implementation support for agency marketing initiatives for the new campaign launch.– Work collaboratively with agency staff, media agency, and other designated agency partners to translate approved campaign concepts and strategies into coordinated, market–ready creative assets and visitor–facing initiatives.– Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign production and deployment plan.– Coordinate production schedules with agency and its designated agency partners to support timely campaign implementation. – Media Alignment and Agency Coordination– Review applicable paid, owned, shared, and earned media plans to ensure campaign creative, messaging, and assets are aligned with planned communications and distribution channels.– Coordinate closely with agency designated media and planning agency regarding the specifications, timing, and implementation requirements for paid media initiatives.– Coordinate with agency staff and designated subject matter experts and agency partners responsible for earned, shared, and owned media.– Review and build upon the campaign concept and creative direction– Develop a comprehensive campaign messaging framework, including campaign copy, messaging hierarchy, calls to action, and appropriate creative applications– Video and Photography Production– Content and Campaign Asset Production– Develop and produce all creative content and campaign assets necessary to support approved campaign implementation.– Provide copywriting, editing, proofreading, graphic design, production, resizing, versioning, and other services necessary to deliver completed, deployment–ready assets.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
