(1) Vendor needs to provide debris collection machine services to the government authority located in Waxahachie, TX.• Tow–behind roadway debris collection machine.• Single–operator operation from the towing vehicle.• Suitable for towing by a one–ton truck or larger vehicle equipped with a pintle hitch.• Powered debris collection system utilizing pickup tines, brushes, or approved equal.• Conveyor, elevator, or equivalent debris transfer system for loading collected material into an onboard hopper.• Onboard debris hopper with hydraulic dumping capability.• Collection and containment capability for tire retreads, vehicle parts, wood debris, cardboard, paper, cans, plastic debris, and general roadside litter.• Operation on roadways, paved shoulders, medians, parking lots, and similar roadside environments.• Lighting, reflectors, warning devices, and safety equipment required for legal highway transport and operation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
