(1) Vendor needs to provide wellness program platform.– Provide a customizable wellness program supported by a secure application platform accessible via smartphone, tablet, and personal computer.– Complete and track health assessment and provide individual health risk rankings based on assessment’s results.– Allow individual users to select health topics and chronic conditions as topics of interest to customize their dashboard.– Mobile applications have the capability to connect to applications such as Health Connect, AppleHealth, Fitbit, and MyFitnessPal, to allow users to sync their device or app and link their data.– Mobile applications and platforms shall have an option for users to manually input data. Data that may consist of exercise minutes, sleep hours, steps, and weight.– Application shall provide various personal challenges that can be utilized for any point earning challenges.– Offer biometric screenings.– Platform shall allow to access aggregate reporting, track engagement, and manage incentives through a secure website.– Offer access to customizable communication tools and templates and support the development of targeted communication campaigns to promote challenges, lifestyle health coaching, and other features available to users in the platform.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 21, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
