Eastern time for construction of the Division of Water’s Hydrant Painting 2026, service contact, the work for which consists of the painting of City owned hydrants at various locations throughout the City and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
