(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide juvenile behavioral health summit consulting services to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD. • Provide consulting services to plan, facilitate, implement, and provide post–summit support for the statewide juvenile behavioral health summit.• Collaborate with Judiciary leadership to initiate the project and establish the framework for planning and implementation of the Summit• Assist in defining Summit objectives, priorities, and measures of success• Provide subject matter expertise to shape content, structure, and stakeholder engagement strategies.• Recommend agenda topics, session formats, and potential faculty, speakers, or facilitators.• Develop and submit a Preliminary Summit Plan, including proposed agenda framework, key themes, materials, and stakeholder engagement approach.• Develop and submit a list of recommended faculty, speakers, and stakeholder participants with supporting qualifications.• Translate summit outcomes into an actionable strategic implementation plan and support initial post–summit efforts.• Prepare a draft strategic implementation plan based on summit discussions and identified priorities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
