Description
The City of Pacifica requires the services of a qualified landscape architect to assist in the planning, design, and construction of the FY21-22 Priority Parks Project. The FY 21—22 Priority Parks Project will address the following parks: • Skyridge Park located on Skyridge Drive • Imperial Park located on Imperial Drive • Marvilla Park located on Marvilla Place • Brighton Park located at 497 Brighton Road This RFP contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive proposal. Proposers are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided and will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. The City expects any contract resulting from this RFP to be in effect for a period of one (1) year, with the City’s discretion to extend the contract. A complete copy of the City’s Master Agreement for Consultant Services is attached to this RFP as Attachment 1.
