(1) Vendor needs to provide motorized overhead doors, secure barrier systems repair and maintenance service to the government authority located in Hudson, NJ.– The purpose and intent of this public bid is to obtain a responsible Contractor to furnish and deliverRepair and Maintenance of Motorized Overhead Doors and Secure Barrier Systems– Repair and Maintenance of Motorized Overhead Doors and Secure Barrier Systems at variouslocations (see attached lists). Repairs must include door panels, rollers, shafts, springs, track andall parts of motorized operator, and any part pertinent to safe operation of the door.– Door size 12ft. x 14ft.– The Contractor must respond within seventy–two hours (72) of notice for regular repairs.– The Contractor must respond within twenty–four (24) hours of notice for emergency repairs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
