(1) Vendor needs to provide student service card service. – Provide immediate, low barrier support to students experiencing food and transportation insecurity.  – By issuing grocery and gas prepaid cards, the college can directly address two of the most critical basic needs while supporting student retention, persistence and overall well–being.– Student service cards are for students experiencing basic needs insecurity.  – These students often face immediate challenges related to food access and transportation, which directly impacts their ability to attend classes and persist in their educational goals.– Student service cards provide a mechanism for issuing prepaid grocery and gas cards that allow institutions to deliver rapid, targeted assistance to students facing acute hardship.– Cards will be distributed to eligible students identified through the financial aid office, basic needs center, and other student support programs based on demonstrated need.– 1,500 $50 Visa grocery cards to be valid for no less than 24 months.– 400 $25 Visa grocery cards to be valid for no less than 12 months.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
