(1) Vendor needs to provide school psychology and educational diagnostic services to the government authority located in Mercedes, TX.– Provide professional school psychology services.– Preparation of comprehensive, typed psycho–educational evaluation reports, including eligibility determination documentation consistent with assessment findings and applicable legal standards.– Conducting diagnostic interviews with students, parents and guardians, teachers, caregivers, therapists, and administrators as part of the evaluation process.– Direct and indirect consultation (including telephone consultation) with the district’s educational diagnosticians and other relevant staff.– Review and interpretation of psycho–educational testing conducted by the District’s educational diagnostician.– Direct classroom observation of students as required. Observation conducted solely in an office or non–instructional setting shall not substitute for required classroom observation unless legally permissible.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
