(1) Vendor needs to provide professional youth sports photography services. – Provide seasonal youth sports photography services, including individual participant and team photographs, purchaser ordering and payment options, product production and fulfilment, delivery of hard–copy and digital products, as applicable, and customer support for participants and their families.• Provide available team rosters, participant information, team schedules, and photography–day schedules reasonably necessary to coordinate the Services;• Designate the photography locations and arrange for agency staff to open and close agency facilities;• Communicate photography dates and related information to participating teams;• Encourage teams to have all available participants present for the team photograph• Photograph each participating team member individually;• Produce at least one team photograph for each scheduled team;• Coordinate participant posing and team arrangements in a professional and age–appropriate manner;• Maintain professional conduct and minimize disruption to agency programs and facility operations• Provide printed and digital photography options consistent with the Contractor’s accepted Proposal;• Provide order confirmations and receipts directly to purchasers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
