RFQ #26020 - Bellevue Airfield Park Project

The City is seeking a highly qualified Design-Build Team with progressive design build experience and strong skills in creativity and collaboration that will engage as critical, integrated team members throughout design and construction of a large-scale landscape project (Phase 1) and leading design of the aquatic center (Phase 2). The Bellevue Airfield Park Project (the 'Project') site is located largely within the I-90 commercial district, near the Lake to Lake Trail and major transportation corridors. The Master Plan for this community park includes trails, wooded picnic areas, a playground, splash pad, flexible lawn play, basketball and pickleball courts, and a new regional aquatic center able to support the demand for recreational and competitive swimming in Bellevue and the broader region. The Apprentice Utilization Requirement for the Project will be 15%.
