(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal support services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO. • Provide additional legal representation support in coordination with and in addition current contracted general counsel• Housing Voucher/Subsidy Programs (Housing Choice Vouchers, Mainstream, VASH, Tenant–based Rental Assistance, and Project–Based Vouchers).• Fair housing and affordable housing compliance.• Risk management and operational legal guidance.• Local and regional governance• Mixed finance transactions, land use, planning and zoning, surveys, title, complex financing, environmental and redevelopment issues and related matters.• Provide written legal opinions with respect to policies, and federal law, procedures and transactions as they relate to housing authority–related activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 7, 2026.
