(1) Vendor needs to provide security camera installation service to the government authority located in Lowell, MA.  – The installation of security cameras and related equipment.– Video management software (VMS) system that allows the following functionality.– Provides users access to live and recorded video and audio sources on workstation and mobile devices.– Monitors live and recorded video and audio sources with artificial intelligence, video analytics, and forensic search capabilities.– The Video Management System (VMS) shall support a federated architecture that enables centralized management, monitoring, and administration of geographically distributed video surveillance systems through a single user interface.– Software shall be deployed utilizing Genetec Security Center SaaS cloud services and Genetec Cloudlink appliances in accordance with manufacturer requirements.– The video management system (VMS) shall consist of vision IP–based surveillance cameras integrated into the housing authority's existing security centre federated environment.– Video management, monitoring, alarm processing, and administration shall be performed through the existing Genetec platform.– The system shall utilize Genetec security CENTRE SaaS cloud recording services with local edge recording at each camera utilizing manufacturer–approved SD cards.– Cloud connectivity shall be provided through Genetec Cloudlink appliances.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
