(1) Vendor needs to provide Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) and telematics hardware and installation services. – The Vendor shall provide a cloud–based software platform to support fleet management operations with the following capabilities:• Cloud–hosted web application accessible by authorized city staff.• Integration capability with AssetWorks Fleet Management.• Esri compatibility, including integration with ArcGIS Enterprise environments.• Availability of open APIs to support future integrations.• Compatibility with Single Sign–On (SSO) using OAuth–based identity providers.• Training for city staff on application usage, configuration, and administrative functions.– The Vendor–provided system shall include the following minimum features and functionalities:• Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) for real–time monitoring.• Historical route playback and fleet usage reporting.• Alerts for fleet maintenance schedules, including engine diagnostic trouble codes.• Ability to export data to common formats such as CSV and Excel.• Accurate trip mileage reporting for maintenance and operational tracking.• Driver scorecard features for performance and safety monitoring.• Reporting capabilities, including dashboards and customizable reports for various departments.• Optional: Electric vehicle tracking including battery status, charging metrics, degradation trends, and performance monitoring.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
