– Vendor needs to provide professional state lobbying services to the government authority located in Branson, MO. – Consult with board prior to legislative session to determine agenda.– Recommend lobbying efforts in upcoming legislative session to achieve agenda goals.– Provide weekly updates during session on issues of importance to the city.– Provide continuous presence in city and attend other functions that are related to legislative matters at other locations as requested.– Inform the city of any pending court cases, filings or decisions that may impact the city or its operations.
