(1) Vendor needs to provide 2D high–density multi–electrode array electrophysiology platform.• Provide 2D High–Density Multi–Electrode Array (MEA) Electrophysiology Platform, including required hardware, software, accessories, initial consumables, installation, system verification, calibration, training, warranty coverage, and preventative maintenance option periods.• One complete high–density 2D MEA electrophysiology platform with dedicated workstation, all required hardware, accessories, cabling, and components necessary for full operation.– A minimum of one perpetual software license for acquisition, visualization, analysis, and data management.– Five compatible high–density recording plates/chips sufficient for five independent experiments. No reagents are required.– On–site installation, system verification, and calibration.– On–site hands–on training for up to two Government personnel and a demonstration recording.– User manuals and software documentation in printed and electronic formats.– A two–year manufacturer warranty beginning at final acceptance.– Three optional one–year periods of post–warranty preventative maintenance and repair.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
