(1) Vendor needs to provide registered dietitian service to the government authority located in Utah. – Provide registered dietitian for institutional menu planning and review.– Registered dietitian to evaluate, develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive correctional food service nutrition program.– Provide nutritionally adequate, safe, cost–effective, operationally practical, and sustainable meals for the incarcerated population while appropriately addressing medical, therapeutic, religious, cultural, allergy–related, gluten–free, vegetarian, and other identified dietary requirements.– Menu Review including:• Current menu cycles (4–week cycle).• Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.• Snacks and supplemental food items.• Portion sizes.– Nutritional Review including:• Calories.• Macronutrient Intake.• Fiber.• Sodium.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
