(1) Vendor needs to provide general contracting services to the government authority located in South Carolina.• Construction and repair of lifeguard stand.• Office renovations and space conversions.• Construction of accessory or storage buildings.• Forming and placement of concrete drives, sidewalks, curbing, and equipment foundations.• General carpentry, masonry, and interior finishing.• Work may include the coordination and management of specialty subcontractors, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and other trades required to complete an assigned project.• Other minor construction, renovation, repair, and municipal facility–improvement services assigned by the city.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
