(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.• Daily cleaning is Monday through Friday; excluding holidays. A sample description has been attached for additional information. Daily cleaning will consist of sweeping or vacuuming, including any open individual offices; mopping; dusting; emptying trash and recyclables; cleaning glass at the entrances, vestibule and reception desk; cleaning and sanitizing drinking fountains; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms; and refilling paper towels, tissue, soap and dispensers.• Board Building: daily cleaning includes sweeping and vacuuming, including any open individual offices; mopping, dusting, emptying trash and recyclables; cleaning glass at entrances; cleaning and sanitizing drinking fountains; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms; and refilling paper towels, tissue, soap, and dispensers. Daily cleaning includes the Board room, Board kitchen, offices, bathrooms, and common areas including steps.• CARTA Maintenance: daily cleaning includes the lunchroom, three bathrooms, and four offices.• CARTA Electric bus barn: daily cleaning includes one office, one bathroom, and emptying of all trash.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
