(1) Vendor needs to provide banner enterprise resource management finance system.– A consultant to support advanced operations of its banner enterprise resource management (ERM) finance system.– Support all aspects of Finance as it relates to banner with primarily focus on the following modules: finance, HR/Payroll, Student AR, Student and Financial Aid.– Provide support for process improvement initiatives and system revitalizations– Support services for custom reports.– Provide Banner specific training to Staff.– Identify and help implement process improvements.– Other Banner support work as needed across university.– Provide data access processes that will enable team to focus on analysis.– Revise and organize the chart of accounts (COA).– Streamline cash account reconciliation processes.– Support Finance team with audit preparation.– Work with team to provide reporting and data analysis as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
