(1) Vendor needs to provide property insurance broker service to the government authority located in Colorado. – Provide broker services for insurance policies as well as day to day services such as claims, audits, and new property acquisition.– best value for the following coverages:• Property (HEICCP).• Liability (HEICCL).• Cyber.• Excess Auto.• Excess Liability.– Provide on–going expertise in identification of suitable insurance options.– Renewal review and negotiation, including rebid when necessary.– Assist with escalated claims and service issues.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
