(1) Vendor needs to provide local programs workshop service to the government authority located in Virginia. • Provide a conference facilities package including conference facilities, overnight lodging, parking and meals for approximately seven hundred and fifty (750) local government leaders, consultant engineers, contractors, and staff from across to discuss delivery of local transportation programs and projects.• Allow conference attendees to submit hotel reservations to allow for ease at check–in• Allow changes to rooming requirements up until two (2) weeks prior to the event.• Allow for name changes to the room confirmation list for the entirety of the event and room name assignments may be changed without changing the number of rooms or room nights.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026.
