Vendor needs to provide graphic design services. – The selected designer will collaborate with agency staff to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience across digital, print and onsite conference materials.– The selected designer will collaborate with agency staff to develop a conference branding package, including but not limited to:• Conference logo and visual identity.• Brand standards, including the color palette, typography and graphic elements.• Digital marketing assets for the website, email, social media and presentations.• Print and environmental graphics, including signage, promotional materials and conference collateral.• Artwork for merchandise and promotional items.• Final production–ready files in editable, print–ready and web–ready formats.
