CONS-22921 - USA (Virginia) - General Engineering Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Provide professional services for design and engineering of a site development project.– Project will consist of site preparation, grading, stormwater management, earthwork, erosion and sediment control, seeding, and other construction and related activities to support potential single or multi–family housing development.– Site Assessment, evaluate the site for zoning, topography, environmental constraints, utility access, and future development potential.– Design development, refine the design to include specific dimensions and layouts.– Site observations, conduct periodic site visits to ensure construction quality and adherence to plans.– Schematic design, provide initial site layouts and elevation sketches.– Establish a preliminary construction budget and project timeline while incorporating value engineering.– Construction documents, deliver final, stamped architectural and engineering drawings and technical specifications required for permitting and contractor bidding.– Construction administration.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
