The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to do asphalt paving, improvements, general maintenance, and repairs of the Picnic / Day Use parking lot, (approximately 2,720 Sq. Yd.) and the Visitor Center parking lot and apron, (approximately 3,260 Sq. Yd.) of existing paved parking areas at the Visitor Center complex in Leesylvania State Park, 1225 Daniel K. Ludwig Drive, Woodbridge VA 22191. Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting.
