(1) Vendor needs to provide public building, garage heating, ventilation and lighting services to the government authority located in Marshall, MI. – Provide necessary maintenance upgrades for the city public services building. – This includes new auxiliary heating, gas detection with evac system, and lighting. Auxiliary heating will be provided by gas fired infrared heaters.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
