MRB-57402 - USA (California) - Public Awareness Educational Campaign, Marketing and Advertising Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public awareness educational campaign, marketing and advertising services. – Provide an array of cost–effective communication services for the Community Outreach and Marketing Section (COMS), related to the Teen Distracted Drivers Program (TDDP).– Services shall include the development of an educational campaign that will reach diverse populations, both geographically and demographically.– Services shall include the ability to issue information, influence attitudes, and create awareness and understanding of distracted driving incidents.– Participate in a strategic planning meeting to discuss goals, objectives, reporting, and operations.– Email a draft of all campaign–related activities such as press releases, media advisories, media alerts, and other materials to be distributed at media events.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
