CONS-25064 - USA (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - Construction Administration and Quality Assurance Contractor Services - Deadline January 12,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction administration and quality assurance contractor services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.– Protection and restoration authority is responsible for planning, designing, evaluating, permitting, implementing, maintaining, operating, and monitoring coastal restoration and flood protection projects.– Construction Administration and Quality Assurance Contractor, Design Team, and other contractors and consultants supporting the Project to cooperate, coordinate, collaborate and communicate fully with each other and with others involved in the Project as a team at all times, to proceed on the basis of trust, confidence, and good faith, and use their best skill and effort in their activities on the Project to meet this goal.– Construction administration and quality assurance contractor is responsible for assisting, as represented by the construction manager and resident engineer, with construction administration and quality assurance (QA) to ensure that construction is being completed in accordance with the plans and specifications contained in the project construction documents.– Construction administration and quality assurance contractor is expected to provide a deputy project manager to serve as the project manager in their absence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 8, 2026.
