INTRODUCTION: The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC–DTA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and the manufacturing capability to produce and deliver the S–280 Shelter.2.
