(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Clermont, FL.– Provide professional design services for a proposed multi–level public parking garage in downtown.– The project is intended to increase public parking capacity, support downtown businesses and civic activities, and provide a safe, efficient, durable, and visually attractive public facility.– Provides meaningful net–new public parking capacity.– Maximizes parking efficiency within the physical and regulatory constraints of the selected site.– Provides safe and efficient vehicle circulation, ingress, egress, queuing, and wayfinding.– Provides safe, accessible, and convenient pedestrian connections to downtown businesses, civic facilities, sidewalks, streets, and public destinations.– Complements the architectural character and civic identity of downtown Clermont.– Incorporates durable, low–maintenance, resilient, and energy–efficient materials and systems.– Accommodates future technologies and operational needs, including electric–vehicle charging, paid parking, security, communications, parking guidance, and, where feasible, solar readiness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
