(1) Vendor needs to provide medical waste removal service to the government authority located in HI. – Provide services for the removal and disposal of bio–hazardous waste. – Provide Regulated Medical Waste Disposal services to include supplies, pickup, transport, and treatment on all Islands serviced.– Biohazardous waste services will be needed at two facility locations located on agency.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
