(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications and cell tower consulting services to the government authority located in Mansfield, TX.• Identify sites that may be appropriate for the installation of these telecommunications facilities.• Negotiate and manage third party licenses (sub licenses) for the use of these telecommunications facilities.• Manage the construction of the telecommunications facilities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
