(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal prosecution and related legal services to the government authority located in Arroyo Grand, CA. – Provide limited advice regarding citation practices, evidentiary issues, charging considerations, court procedures, and other matters directly related to the prosecution function.– Appear on behalf of the applicable at arraignments, pretrial conferences, settlement conferences, diversion proceedings, motions, trials, sentencing proceedings, probation or compliance hearings, and other necessary court proceedings.– Coordinate with the attorney’s office concerning novel, significant, sensitive, or potentially precedent–setting legal issues.– Provide and respond to criminal discovery and comply with all applicable disclosure obligations.– Provide municipal prosecution and closely related legal services on an as–needed basis.– Review citations, police reports, code enforcement materials, and other supporting information referred for prosecution.
