CONS-23131 - USA (Springfield, Massachusetts) - Tatham Connector Design and Construction Admin Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Tatham connector design and construction admin services to the government authority located in Springfield, MA.– Provide architects and engineers (designers) to provide design and construction administrative services for a new connector building.– Design a secure, fully enclosed, and climate–controlled physical connection from the existing school back entrance to the adjacent modular classrooms.– Designers will be responsible for creating and providing design updates, documentation, and construction estimates in incremental phases, including Schematic Design (25%), Design Development (50%), and Final Bid Documents (100%).- Conduct site visit(s) to review and document existing conditions of the scope areas at Tatham Elementary School.- Develop conceptual design layout option(s) for both the Connector design and Main Entrance renovation design.- Provide high–level construction estimates for each design option. 9- Develop detailed design documents, including finalized architectural layouts, initial architectural finishes, initial MEP/FP design.- Provide progress drawing updates including, but not limited to, floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts.- Provide updated high–level construction estimates for each design.- Conduct bi–weekly site visits to observe the progress and quality of work for the duration of construction.- Issue written field reports after every site visit to document construction progress, note any deviations from the design package, and track items requiring corrective action.- Coordinate, review, and issue prompt responses to contractor RFIs(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) mandatory pre–bid walkthrough will be held on August 18, 2026.
