Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing Construction Management

The City of Rancho Cordova, Department Name Department is soliciting request for proposals for Basic Project Description The Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing and Artwalk Project includes a multi-modal path from White Rock Road to Folsom Boulevard and a tied arch overcrossing over U.S. 50. This includes a grade separated multi-use path from White Rock Road that crosses under Gold Center Drive and US 50 eastbound on-ramp and westbound off-ramp. The project includes an Art Walk with artwork and signage installed along the path. The total construction estimate is $31M with an estimated construction timeline of 18-months.
