(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management consulting services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.1. Fleet Inventory Validation• Create a reconciled master fleet registry including asset attributes, condition, mileage/hours, utilization, department assignment, replacement cost, and value.2. Right–sizing and vehicle allocation methodology• Identify underutilized or surplus assets.• Provide recommendations for asset reassignment, pooling, or disposal.3. Operational Baseline Assessment• Evaluate staffing levels, shop productivity, wrench–time efficiency, PM compliance, parts management, and fleet governance.4.
