It is the intention of these specifications to provide requirements for the development and instruction of a “Train The Trainer Program” for Middlesex County Fire Instructors and related Emergency Response Personal in the application of foam firefighting streams as required at large and small scale flammable or combustible liquid spills, and or fires with particular emphasis on the risks associated with Light Crude/Ethanol and Ethanol/Gasoline blends as required by the Middlesex County Bureau of the Fire Marshal.
