DISPOS-9308 - USA (Arizona) - Lead Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lead hazard reduction and healthy homes services to the government authority located in Arizona– Perform lead hazard evaluation services including, but not limited to:– Visual assessments– X–Ray Fluorescence (“XRF“) testing– Dust sampling– Soil sampling– Lead risk assessments– HUD–compliant reporting and documentation– Provide lead hazard control services including, but not limited to:– Interim controls– Lead hazard abatement– Component replacement– Window replacement– Soil mitigation where lead concentrations meet or exceed one hundred twenty parts per million (120 ppm)– Provide healthy homes supplemental services including, but not limited to:– Moisture control– Non–structural mold remediation– Ventilation improvements– Asthma trigger reduction– Minor non–structural health and safety repairs directly related to identified Healthy Homes hazards.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
