NET-16857 - USA (Warner Robins, Georgia) - SCADA and Control Systems Integration Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA and control systems integration services to the government authority located in Warner Robins, GA.• Replacement of existing RTUs with new RTUs equipped with cellular–based communication modules.• Configuration and activation of cellular data accounts/SIMs for each site.• Testing and verification of communication reliability and data latency to the SCADA head–end.• Chemical dosing systems shall be capable of remote setpoint adjustment and monitoring from the SCADA system.• The existing system has experienced degradation in certain I/O points, telemetry reliability, and PLC hardware.• Inventory of common SCADA components, PLCs, RTUs, communication equipment, and spare parts maintained on hand for rapid deployment(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
