(1) Vendor needs to provide public utilities dispatch office renovation services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Demolition as noted on the Related Documents; – Removal and storage of items to be salvaged and re–used as noted in the Related Documents; – Removal and reinstallation of existing and new fixtures as noted on the Related Documents; – Cutting and Patching as noted in the Related Documents; – Repair of masonry walls affected by demolition related to the work as noted in the Related Documents; – Removal of existing flooring and base. – Installation of new finishes as noted in the Related Documents. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2026.
