(1) Vendor needs to provide amphitheatre audio visual and performance lighting system to the government authority located in Pembroke Park, FL.• Provide Audio Visual and Entertainment Technology Integrators to submit sealed proposals for the design, furnishing, delivery, installation, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty support of a complete municipal–grade Audio Visual and Performance Lighting System for the agency.• Equipment shall be protected against:– Ultraviolet exposure– High humidity– ‘Wind–driven rain– Corrosion– Salt–laden air– Elevated temperatures• Audio– Uniform audience coverage– Excellent speech intelligibility– High–quality musical reinforcement– Consistent coverage throughout the primary seating area (for audiences of approximately 500to 1,000 persons).– Portable deployment by trained City personnelo Digital audio networking.o Include all loudspeakers, subwoofers, amplification, digital mixing equipment, stageinterfaces, microphones, monitoring equipment, accessories, storage cases, carts, and cablingrequired for normal operation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(4) Mandatory Site Visit will be held on September 10, 2026.
