(1) Vendor needs to provide high–volume third–party recruitment support services to the government authority located in California. • Recruitments, improve the hiring process, and execute strategies to reduce vacancy rates and retain talent in preparation for major events coming to the region.• Job classification alignment: review and apply the bus operator minimum qualifications, pay scales, testing criteria, and applicable provided collective bargaining agreement requirements and internal labor guidelines for each active recruitment cycle.• Application sourcing and collection: execute candidate sourcing, application collection, and intake management through approved channels and recruitment activities.• Screening documentation: maintain robust, auditable screening notes detailing clear justifications for passing or failing candidates during initial reviews• Candidate communication and follow–up: proactively follow up with candidates for missing information (e.g., driver’s licenses, previous employment history) via phone calls, emails, or in–person channels.• Reporting and system updates: provide weekly updates on active applications in the recruitment pipeline, categorize and identify the specific phase prospective candidates• Test administration support: administer provided technical, skills, or other assessments when applicable.
