(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm devices upgrade services to the government authority located in Cartersville, GA.– Fire Alarm System Repairs– Diagnose and repair (34) existing deficiencies/issues currently affecting the fire alarm system.– SLC Circuit Upgrades– Remove and replace all existing Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) wiring with new shielded fire alarm cable.– Remove and replace all existing SLC devices with new addressable devices as specified.– Install and program new SLC components to ensure proper communication and operation.– Carbon Monoxide Detection Upgrade(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
