(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor and resident geolocation tracking reports service to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• Origin Markets1. including island and state level summaries, segmented as follows:i. On: People who have a CEL (Common Evening Location)they reside, with the following exceptions:(1) Residents whose CELs are within a POI (Points of Interest) shall not be reported for that POI.(2) Residents whose visitation patterns indicate that they are employed within a POIshall not be reported for that POI.ii. Offandwho visit a POI located on a different island from the island where they reside.iii. U.S. Visitors who visit a POI.iv. International Visitors: People who have a CEL outside of the United States and whovisit a POI.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
