(1) Vendor needs to provide manage, coordinate and market service to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Operate the stadium swap meet and marketplace within the swap meet area on the stadium property, including comprehensive management, marketing, coordination, and operations– Selected Contractor shall ensure that it operates in a coordinated, efficient, and professional manner that aligns with the operational objectives and mission of the stadium authority.– Innovative and results–driven proposals that will enhance the overall success of the swap meet and marketplace by expanding the vendor base, increasing customer attendance, strengthening marketing and promotional efforts, and improving the overall vendor and visitor experience.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 23, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026(4) The contract period will be for three years.
